Government Housing

Government has almost total control over the housing market. This power shouldn't be in the hands of Government. With are current monetary system and 80% of the originations being held by the Federal Government, we are living in a false economy.Not to mention are modern day plantation scheme, where America is the plantation owner and the rest of the world is our work force. If the dollar ceases to be the world currency all this will all come crashing down. It was the Globalists way of getting us to deindustrialize our Nation for cheaper priced goods. We sold out. Neil

The government, for all practical purposes, now controls the entire housing mortgage market.

A senior economist at the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank, John Krainer, said in a report that that government sponsored enterprise intermediation of mortgage lending will make it difficult for the housing market to "return to normal."

Krainer said that GSEs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae now guarantee over 80% of originations, while non-agency mortgage securitization and loans have pretty much dried up.
